1. Introduction
Phuket Nanny Services (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") provides professional nanny services. By booking our services, you (the "client") agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer a range of nanny services including hourly, daily, weekly, and live-in care. Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each family and are available upon request.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance via our website, phone, or email. The minimum booking duration is 4 hours.
- Payment Terms: Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
4. Nanny Responsibilities
Our nannies are responsible for providing childcare, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks as agreed. They are expected to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Nannies are also expected to follow the safety protocols established by Phuket Nanny Services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their children, including any specific needs, allergies, or medical conditions. Clients are also responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable working environment for the nanny.
6. Safety and Liability
Phuket Nanny Services is committed to ensuring the safety of your children. Our nannies are trained in childcare and first aid. However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the provision of our services.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with at least 24-hour notice. If services are terminated by the client, refunds will be provided for any unused services, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, it will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
10. Amendments to Terms
Phuket Nanny Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of our services after such amendments will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
