1. Service Scope

Phuket Nanny Services provides professional nanny and babysitting services in Phuket, Thailand. Our services are available on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. Nannies may assist with childcare-related activities, including playtime, meal assistance, and basic supervision. Our nannies do not provide medical care or specialised services beyond standard childcare.

Services are provided based on availability, and bookings are confirmed upon receiving a booking request. Any special requests outside our standard offerings are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking Procedures: To book our services, please contact us via email at [email protected] or through our contact form. Bookings should be made in advance to ensure availability.
  • Payment: Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods specified at the time of booking. Full payment is due before the commencement of services.
  • Pricing: Our pricing is based on hourly, daily, or weekly rates, which may vary depending on the season and specific needs. Additional fees may apply for overtime hours, special requests, or travel costs for nannies working outside central Phuket areas.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service. Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion and only under certain circumstances, such as illness or emergencies affecting the nanny’s availability.
  • Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

4. Liability and Responsibilities

Phuket Nanny Services is committed to the safety and well-being of your child(ren). However, by hiring our services, you agree that our liability is limited to situations of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.

  • Liability Limitation: Phuket Nanny Services is not liable for any unforeseen accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur while the nanny is on duty.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their children’s needs, allergies, health conditions, and any special requirements before the service begins. It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure a safe environment for the nanny and children.

5. Safety and Health Protocols

Our nannies are trained in basic childcare safety, first aid, and emergency response protocols. We strive to follow health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all families and children.

  • Sun Protection and Hydration: Our nannies are trained to monitor sun exposure and hydration levels, particularly when spending time outdoors.
  • First Aid: Nannies can provide basic first aid as needed but are not medical professionals. Any serious medical needs should be handled by a healthcare provider.

6. Code of Conduct

  • For Nannies: Our nannies are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respectful communication at all times. They are trained to maintain confidentiality about family information and to respect your privacy.
  • For Clients: We ask that clients treat our nannies with respect and provide a safe, comfortable environment for their work. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards our nannies may result in termination of services.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your family’s information. Any personal details provided to our nannies or team members will be used solely to provide our services. Personal information, including information about your children, will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Phuket Nanny Services reserves the right to terminate services if we deem it necessary, including cases of non-payment, disrespectful treatment of our nannies, or unsafe conditions. Clients may also terminate services at any time, subject to our cancellation policy as outlined above.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. Should further action be necessary, any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Phuket shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modification of Terms

Phuket Nanny Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
